How do bell sleeves compare to bishop sleeves?

Bell sleeves are loose throughout and flare at the wrist with no cuff or gathering. Bishop sleeves are full all the way down then gathered into a fitted cuff. Bell sleeves feel vintage 70s and bohemian; bishop sleeves feel romantic and slightly historical. Both are flattering in soft fabrics.
