Are bishop sleeves dated, or are they on trend?

Bishop sleeves (full and gathered at the cuff) are firmly on trend right now. They feel romantic, soft and slightly Renaissance-inspired. In chiffon or soft tulle they feel boho; in crepe or satin they read modern and architectural. They photograph beautifully in movement.
